Our Cross Cultural Management Awareness Orientation Sessions are designed specifically for newly arrived expatriate personnel to ease their assimilation into the Vietnamese working culture. The sessions are conducted on a “one on one basis” with a cross-cultural management coach. Prior to attending the manager completes a pre-session questionnaire. The questionnaire ascertains the manager’s preferred style in given situations. Once the coach has had the opportunity to review the questionnaire, the orientation sessions can take place.
